Today we went to the beach club and met Emily and Lexi, Lexi is 6 and Emily is 8. They are the daughters of somebody that lives in Hawaii and does work with my Dad. Lexi is a lot like Bethany, and Emily like me! We both love horses and we love to ride them. We have read almost the same books (Ghost Horse, Saddle Club etc.) When we went to the beach club Emily and I built a horse rehabilitation swimming pool and a wall to protect it out of sand ! Afterwards we went snorkeling and Emily saw a puffer fish and I saw lots of parrot fish. After the beach, our new friends came back to the house. I showed Emily my dsi and she wanted to play it so we did! I showed her my new game, Horseshoe Ranch, and while we were playing it my horse had 2 babies named Sugar and Blue Moon. I had a great day and now I have a pen pal in Hawaii!
At nightime, we left the patio light on and some geckos came out so we could see them. They were really cute but smaller than I thought they would be. They move super fast!
Deanna, it will be great to have a pen pal!! I had one but we had to write letters and MAIL them and it too forever to get any from her. She lived in England! You can write to her on the computer!! Lucky girl! Is Bethany having a good time with her new friend too? It sure does sound like you are having fun! Love Grandma
